Don't Fear the Reaper

Can't you just feel the Christmas Spirit brimming from this picture? Ok ok, it's not a Christmas pic (Even tho I used Red and Green. Gotta love complimentary colors for bold effects! ).

It's a contest picture for ~ Gatobob-Spotty's Sid contest. Sid is her awesome fan character. I'd sit here and tell you all about Sid, but that would take forever. Just swing by Gatobab-Spotty's gallery and check out the fan comic.

5 hours nonstop CG. It's so worth it tho. Got home at 8 and just sat and worked on it. Didn't RP with friends or paintchat, or any of the other nightly fun stuff. Just color and now it's 1. Perhaps I should ge something to eat after this.

Oh! And the background, I drew that a year and half ago! I drew it and liked it so I kept it but never really used it untill now. And the neat red lines on Sid is all traditional. I inked in both fun red gelpen and my normal black ballpoint. Sid also is missing his eyeglasses. Why? They didn't look right with the way his face was shaped and the way his hair was. He doesn't have an iris or pupil cuz A) it makes him look more evil and B) It was freakin scary! I drew them on in PS and it scared me to the point I erased them!

That has never happened before... so go Sid!
